VLP was started in May 2008 with eight attorneys. We now have around 40 attorneys and are growing rapidly. VLP helps domestic and international clients with general counsel services, incorporations, financings, mergers and spin-outs, licensing and contracts, patent and trademark prosecutions and acquisitions, due diligence services, SEC compliance work, commercial lending, tax-advantaged financing, tax and other legal matters.
