Diana Sanchez Bentz is a legal specialist in the area of secured transactions. Ms. Sanchez Bentz specializes in the due diligence, documentation and closings of secured and unsecured finance transactions, including assisting private and commercial lenders in all facets of equity and debt financings. Additionally, her experience includes general transactional real estate matters and general corporate securities matters. She also has extensive experience in managing large complex criminal litigation cases and preparing cases to trial.
Ms. Sanchez Bentz served over ten years in the Palo Alto office of Cooley Godward Kronish LLP. Prior to joining Cooley, Ms. Sanchez Bentz served over ten years in the Santa Clara County Office of the District Attorney as a senior paralegal in a variety of assignments, including the Consumer Protection Unit and the Real Estate Fraud Division. Ms. Sanchez Bentz began her career as a paralegal in the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney in Captain Cook, Hawaii.
Ms. Sanchez Bentz is a long time member of the Paralegal Association of Santa Clara County and currently serves on its Board of Directors.
