We started VLP for a reason. We wanted to build a better law firm.
VLP's office-less model allows us to decrease our overhead significantly by eliminating costs that do not benefit our clients or otherwise enhance our practices. We are able to reduce our rates accordingly while providing the same level of excellent service. In addition, our compensation model is both transparent and designed to direct a much higher percentage of the firm's revenue to our attorneys, allowing you to focus on your clients.
Our attorneys have the freedom to control their own working conditions. Nearly all of our attorneys work from home. VLP's attorneys are connected despite being geographically distributed, and interact with each other much as they would at a more "typical" law firm. We communicate and collaborate with each other and clients through our proprietary technology platform.
VLP is always on the lookout for new partners. Although there is no prototypical VLP attorney, we all have excellent academic credentials, outstanding professional experience and an average of over ten years of practice with AmLaw 100 law firms, successful solo or boutique practices and/or major corporations.
