SHEARMAN & STERLING (New York): Colin Law and Peter Chen join the firm as partners to launch the firm's Hong Kong office. Both attorneys will focus on mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and corporate finance transactions. Previously, Law and Chen were partners at O'Melveny & Myers.
VIRTUAL LAW PARTNERS (Palo Alto, Calif.): Chiahua Pan joins the firm as partner in New York. Pan will focus her practice on insurance-related transactional and regulatory matters. Previously, Pan was a partner at Morrison & Foerster.
PRYOR CASHMAN (New York): Tracy Green Landauer joins the firm's tax and trusts and estates practice groups as partner in the New York office. Landauer will focus her practice on representing tax-exempt organizations including arts, community, research, charitable, literary and trade organizations. Previously, Landauer was of counsel to Greenberg Traurig.
