Virginia ("Ginnie") Caselli-Noh is a founding Legal Specialist of VLP. She has extensive experience in all areas of corporate and securities transactions, for both California and Delaware corporations. Since 1994, Ginnie has worked as a corporate paralegal for a variety of attorneys and companies, with a focus on business and technology. From 1994 until 2007, Ginnie worked as a paralegal and legal administrator with the Judge Advocate General Corps in the United States Army. Ginnie attended Canada College, Foothill College, the University of MD (Germany) and the University of Nevada (Reno).
