Founded in 2008, VLP is a distributed, web-based law firm that goes beyond the constraints of "brick and mortar" law firms to provide excellent legal service at rates lower than those of conventional law firms. Powered by a sophisticated digital infrastructure, VLP eliminates costly physical offices and minimizes environmental impact, while significantly lowering administrative costs and overhead.

Our lawyers all have outstanding educational credentials and a minimum of five years of training from major law firms or equivalent experience. We promote their optimal performance by enabling them to achieve balance between their professional and personal lives. All of our attorneys are partners and work from home, communicating and collaborating with one another and clients through our proprietary digital network. We also have a small number of highly trained "legal specialists", who take the place of junior associates.
